Does what it says basically. My nail clients can see when I'm booked and join the waiting list if they want a specific time. Got a few bookings from people on the waitlist when others canceled. Interface could be prettier but gets the job done. Better than the mess I had before anyway

Our spa offers couples massages and hot stone treatments. Clients can see if there's availability and book themselves, plus they like knowing if someone's on the waitlist behind them so they don't cancel last minute. Helped reduce our cancellations a bit. Interface is okay, nothing fancy but does the job. Better than our old phone system.

Run a small barbershop downtown and was losing customers who didn't want to wait around not knowing how long the queue was. Now they can see who's booked before them and pick a slot that works. Some guys still just walk in but at least the regulars book ahead now. Takes a bit of getting used to but my customers seem to like it. Beats having people crowded in here checking their phones.
